Service Description

All trainings are run by a TFSW therapist and an interpreter with many years of experience of working with non-English speakers. Outline: - Building a working alliance with the interpreter to provide the best possible connection with the client. - Understanding the three-way dynamic of working with an interpreter. - How to work with and understand cultural and other differences when working with interpreters. - Technical and practical considerations of working with an interpreter. - Duty of care for the interpreter. - Reflective practice, including small group work.
