Ways to Support

Partner With TFSW to Make a Difference
There are many ways to get involved and support our work. You can sign up to our quarterly newsletter and podcasts to stay connected, spread the word about our services, or recommend our training and supervision to those who may benefit. You can also get involved in Soul to Sole, our walking and running fundraising initiative that puts the soul of our work into the sole of your feet. You might choose to make a regular donation, explore partnership opportunities through your workplace, or get involved directly — with job and volunteer opportunities shared on our website as they arise.
However you choose to support us, we are deeply grateful. Every action — big or small — helps make trauma-informed care possible for people who would otherwise be left without support. Thank you for standing with us.
“I rely on Trauma Foundation South West always being there. There’s no-one else who offers that longer-term psychotherapy, which is vital for long-term healing. What comes with that is a meaningful ability to supervise and train other people, including our staff. TFSW staff are so intuitive, and with skills I’ve never found in another organisation.”
Mary Griggs, Consultant Clinical Psychologist/Team Leader The Hope Service for Refugees, NHS
Individual Donations
You can also set up a regular donation, no matter how small. We receive no statutory funding, so we rely entirely on donations to provide specialist trauma therapy for people who are excluded from public services and unable to afford private counselling.
If you’re familiar with counselling, you’ll know just how vital this support is. For people living with the impacts of trauma and ongoing uncertainty, access to therapy isn’t a luxury - it can be life-saving.
Fundraise With Us
There are lots of ways you can support Trauma Foundation South West through fundraising. You might take on a challenge, organise an event, or get involved in Soul to Sole - walking or running to put the soul of our work into the sole of your feet. However you choose to do it, your fundraising helps ensure refugees and people seeking asylum can access trauma-informed therapy when they need it most.

How to Get Involved
In addition to financial or in-kind donations, your company can make a significant impact by exploring a strategic partnership with us. By aligning your company's values and goals with TFSW's mission, you can create a lasting legacy of support for refugees and asylum seekers while also benefiting from the positive outcomes for you and your teams.
For companies with specialised skills or resources, offering pro-bono support can be invaluable. Whether it's providing legal advice, accounting services, or technical expertise, your contributions can help us address critical needs and improve the lives of those we serve.
