A practical, interactive course exploring how to set and maintain healthy boundaries in life and work. Using a “heart, mind, and body” approach, participants build confidence to communicate clearly, protect wellbeing, and navigate challenging situations.
Lead by our Director of Services, Dr Katherine Cox, this is designed for anyone working with or affected by trauma, forced displacement and migration.
