Our Impact
Building a Community Where Healing is Possible
Explore the difference we've made in the lives of individuals rebuilding after violence, war, persecution, and displacement, and in strengthening the organisations that support them.
Our latest 2024-25 Impact Report, featured below, highlights our most recent achievements. We believe that by working together, we can create a society where everyone can heal and belong.

Our Work in Action
We sat with people who had crossed land and sea to reach sanctuary, offered calm amidst nightmares, shared stories, and made art. Together, we made healing from trauma a possibility. We also strengthened the organisations working with these individuals, offering vitally needed training and therapeutic supervision.
Highlights and Achievements
Thanks to the unwavering support of our community, we achieved significant milestones this year:
1,000+ Hours of Free Therapy: Provided vital free therapy to 54 refugees, helping them navigate immense challenges and embark on their healing journeys.
720 Frontline Staff Trained: Offered essential training and therapeutic supervision to 720 frontline staff, enhancing their capacity to support vulnerable individuals.
100% Clients Reported Impact: All clients reported that therapy empowered them to manage distress, rebuild relationships, and rediscover purpose in their lives.
Significant Mental Health Improvement: 95% of our clients experienced improved mental health.
Increased Agency: 60% of clients reported feeling more in charge of their lives.
Enhanced Belonging: 57% of clients felt an increased sense of belonging and connection within their communities.
Improved Emotional Regulation: 55% of clients reported an increased ability to manage their feelings.
